I appolagise too, but i don't agree... your defences are based on the player's quality, and, speaking of tactics, English yeams are spread wide along the field, you feint 2 players and you have an open road to goal!! In Portugal there are 5 or 6 clubs that play open wide, just like some english...

I talked about this because i think that We all know how to get better youngsters... get the facilities to top quality, invest in great staff... but... that's not enough for getting wonder kids... they're not "born" based on that... it's a question of probabilities... And your chances will...

agree, having top youth facilities and good staff is important, but the best way to get wonder kids is to scout on your own. The facilities and coaches will improve the level of your players but you'll hardly get a wonder kid and thats normal... after all the wonder kids will be the best players...
