just starting a new game and was wondering who would be your first signings when u started hopefully give a player for each position obviously not the torres and gerrards i mean more youngsters but who can still have an immediate effect

i started with villa and bought all the best youngsters but got sacked as results were poor keep changing to all the tactics downloaded from this site none work even managed man cit and bought the best players yet still 8th in league any ideas? tactics seem very unrealistic as i have gret players
