I want to add some transfer rules to a team in editor (like to be able to sign only u23 regional players, specific max wage per sign, etc)due to FFP. Panathinaikos FC for example in 18/19 will have this rules because of FFP. Where can i change or add this rules in editor? Any help is welcome...
