Thanks for the odds theory I'll be sure to give this a try. A more simple way of working out which strategy to use may be to convert the odds to decimal and use: Above 2.5 = counter Between 2.5 + 1.67 = control Below 1.67= attack

How do you raise the morale of players who are playing badly? In FM13 telling them their last match was bad or that their form is bad would often raise their morale. However in FM14 this no longer has the desired effect and more often than not makes it worse.

Yeah I'm going back to fm13 for a bit. I'm sure I remember it was possible to hold on to a lead sometimes.

What sort of little adaptations? Do you ever change the mentality? If so to what and when?
