you start unemployed with no coaching license and you start with the lowest leagues in Europe or in the World and work your way up Yeah sometimes that can happen lol

you have to start the season with this tactic in order to work the best, I am playing career challenge and works with every team, even when I start managing a team in the middle of season but for the best results you gotta start the season
