- I'm managing Southampton, going into the third year after an 8th place finish
- Over the course of the second year I sent out prospects such as Kacaniklic and Ramm
- They come back at the end and have dropped from around 3.5* potential to around 2.5*...
Just signed Owen on a free for Southampton and his stats are impressive enough for him to be my 2nd choice striker. How do I reduce the chance of him picking up an injury or do I have to just hope for the best?
I was going to get him at the end of the first season but Man Utd snapped him up in January. Don't suppose you could put some screenshots up of tactics, transfer history page and anything else you think might be useful. That is if you're still having problems, I'll try and help out
I'm 2 games in to the BPL on my Southampton save and I've had:
Manchester City 1 - 0 Southampton
Southampton 3 - 1 Newcastle
Who do you play up front? I use Tadanari Lee, who got me 44 goals in the championship and he's replicating that form now.
Yeah, true, just this save I want to focus on bringing youth through and being a bit more financially responsible as I've not really done either before. That does mean that if I do go on holiday my younger players that I have been playing might not get the game time they would under my management.
