I've read the guide and yet all sections are still on fluid except formation which is on awkward! I don't know what to do?

Hi guys, I've looked everywhere on various forums but can't find the answer so hopefully one of you will be able to help me out! I'm into my second season, just finished the pre-season of 8 games. My tactic familiarity is being a pain though. 7 of the levels are fluid but 'formation' is stuck...

Will be looking forward to this, I've got the tactic but need the team instructions, etc.

I kinda get it now haha, cheers! I did try the Total Evolution tactic by Pentor but just can't score enough goals. I'm gonna try a formation with 2 strikers.

Firstly I apologise for sounding noobish but I can't understand any of these stats with regards to the round by round thing. Is there a page which shows which tactics came top in a simple league?
