Has anyone tried these tactics for a lower league team?

Hi guys could someone please explain to me, when choosing tactics, I get that you DROP against teams that play the long ball and press against teams that dont. But what do you do against teams that have a - in the long ball colomn. does that mean they dont use it? or

V21 is brilliant! I got Birmingham promoted and switched to this it's the end of february and im 3rd in the prem. I've beaten Arsenal, Liverpool, Man U, Spurs man city..Chelsea was a cracking game even if I did lose 3-5. I havent really changed my team either, no expensive signings just transfer...

Im having the same problems with V19, seem to draw most of my games when I score 1 so do they, when I score 3 so do they etc. Cant seem to pick up more than one win on the bounce!
