it's doing its job in league with a top team. results with bayern: I got sacked using it with Hannover (media prediction 9th).

unfortunately 14.3 managed to kill 75% of the tactics that worked in 14.2. my results:

holiday does work in FMC with custom matchplans. all you need to do is removing all scenarios. the assistant manager won't change tactics then.
