i have a guy on my team and it says he cant play because he needs a work permit! but he comes to me saying he is unhappy? how do i get him to play

Could someone please post me a link to a suitable tactic. i am celtic and midway through my season i have tried to be patient with my current tactic but its doin my head in with dropping points at home and only scraping wins etc. please someone help me out! :@
