Do you know whether there were any teams interested in the player at the time? I've seen some of my players values dramatically increase when wanted by other teams. Similarly, when I issued a hands off warnings or increased my asking price causing the other teams to lose interest the value...

Is there any way to untrain a position that isn't being utilized? He was generated with the position and from what I read it takes up CA, which I'd prefer to be used on relevant attributes. Thanks!

Agreed. Percentage would be the value to look at. Also, those percentages aren't fixed and will fluctuate with training so even if you think it's low for his PA, if you give him the appropriate training you could see it climb. I use it for guidance in how I develop my players. If the value goes...

My issue is that everyone in the world knows Messi is one of the best, if not, the best currently playing. However, for whatever reason it is only partially recognized within the game. Messi gets the 4-4.5* (in-game) though everyone would realistically acknowledge there is possibly only 1 or 2...

This confuses me as well. Let's say we're Barca and we go by what golem said, if we have Messi who is the best player in the game based on attributes and rating, how can he only be 4.5*? In my games, Messi always reaches his PA and no other player ever comes close to matching his rating, yet...

You have to use the default, not windowed, display mode. It may also have to do with the screen resolution, I use 1920 x 1080 and it works.
