Ended the season outside of Europe by 1 point thanks to the random update they released messing up my tactic. Also meant lost in champs league quarters and semi of the FA cup. Makes me not want to update the game if you ever get on a decent run/tactic.

Same, update as completely messed my whole season up. 8 games unbeaten before the update (slowly recovering from wasting 2 months trying to get TFF formation to work), then suddenly 6 games without a win. This game is so pointless sometimes.

It just means they're upgrtading it again to the next level. So you'll go up two levels once its all complete. If you've got the money then its a good thing as better chance of getting good youngsters and them improving

We've had the same issue on our game. Couldn't find that option anywhere which is really annoying. They need to patch it in to apply to ongoing games ASAP.

I had something similar in my newcastle game. Ended up with a 1bn + transfer funds even though I only had 500m in the bank.
