I do exactly the same. Thing is that AI seems to adapt pretty quickly to play vs Sacchi's tactic (I'm not saying that u start to lose, the results are not as good anymore) so switching to Jassars (option with wingers) does wonders, especially against smaller teams or when u are behind against...

The tactic works great. I also found out that setting Match Preparation to "Teamwork" does very well vs both weaker and stronger teams.
