I set my *** manager to schedule friendlies and got a training camp. When I did this myself with same team on another save no such camp. This was for Rosenborg in Norwegian league.

I would like to join in on this. Am playing with Rosenborg in Norway and this is very limiting when buying or renewing contracts. I'll easily have 200+ k per week free on my wage budget, but no matte squad status or "name" (big names) of players, I can't offer anyone more than 15-16k a week.
