why the f*ck do i keep getting told im a guest and that ive exceeded my 3 downloads a day even though im logged in????????????Solutions would be greatly appreciated

A lot of times when i go to play a match the screen freezes and all i can do is listen to the sounds of the match.Then i have to press ctrl:alt:delete and start up task manager and wait until the fm 09 icon changes from not responding to running. Any ideas why this is happening? if so any way...
