I had bad results with 4141 but the 4231 is quite good.
The best for me is the Anchor 4222.

Probably the best for FM19 i used so far. Winning a lot (about 80% of my games), scoring 3-4 x match, but most important i really love the way they play.
Anyone kind enough to elaborate the "tick player instruction" and tell me where/how to do it? i really cant find anything like that in my tactics page.
The korean one from post #13 is good. Suffers a bit on counters (AI scored 5 or 6 counters over 20 games)but the tactic scores a lot so its not an issue.
Had a try on your corner setup (im not using your tactic because my personal 4231 is already extremely good) because i cant find a good corner setup.. and it's just amazing. I can't say about the full tactic but your corner setup work wonders.
3 at back just don't work with FM16 sorry. With 3 defenders the ME makes you very vulnerable and AI gets over 50% on shots/scored goals

Using v2
on my Real Madrid save (2042) won easy the league with 12 points over Barça. 108 scored and 24 taken. Only issue is 3/7 yellow per match and 1 red every 5/6 matches

TFF i can tell you this tactic work like a charm on FMC 15 Classic for Tablets (V1).
With Arsenal 1st season i won the Premier, Champions League, FA cup
Now just started 2nd season and won both Charity Shield and Supercup, and im again 1st on PL
Im getting 1 penalty (or more) against each game, not talking about 5+ yellow cards each game, how do you guys face this problem? i just lost 3-0 while dominating the game (18 shots on target me, 4 my opponent) but i got 2 penalties against.
The V3 is probably the best tactic i've played with FM15.
The only problem is that im getting shitloads of red cards (sometimes 2 x game), this is not stopping me from winning anyway, but it's annoying.
