Can I suggest Torres to place his shots? Because he has a lot of moves, and he won't let of it go. And how do I improve a players decisions?

Need help. I play Chelsea and Torres won't finish. When he goes one on one or in the box he hits it STRAIGHT at the keeper. I want him to place his shots.

I'm completely new to this, so please don't judge me if I ask stupid questions. Okay I play a 4-3-3 Chelsea, Neymar - Torres - Anelka. Will I be able to use the Modern Center Forward tactic with torres? And will he score goals? If not what should I do with him?
