how do you solve this problem, become complacent against teams with lower reputation?
My pre-match teamtalk always ' I expected a win ', half-time team talk ' disappointing/where's the passion ' if lose, ' not to complacent ' if lead score. but these **** things always come in my backroom...
If I set my team instructions and make some changes to the individual setting, whether the player will still follow the instructions on the team?
