I've struggled to adapt to them changing their tactical system out of 'one shoe fits all'. Every team plays different, but there isn't much advice anywhere on how to deal with that.

I never see much about this guy. Has the description 'explosive full-back', 7 years into the game at the moment. Second best full-back in the game on my file. The first, is a regen playing for Barcelona. I'll sort out a screenshot of him sometime.

Looking for a good enough right back to be able to play 30-40 games a season, a good defensive minded left back and a versatile winger, needs to be able to play on left and right as accomplished or natural.
