You need to replace the files in whichever database(s) you want to start the save with. If you want to use the default database you replace them in 2010 and if you want to use the winter transfer database you need to replace them in 2040.

Nevermind, 2013 plus 30 equals 2043 so I guess 2013.

I have one question. Are we supposed to start January 2013 or January 2014?
