The team at Walsall aren't really to strong up front and are developing young players in midfield and defence so i'm looking for a tactic to be created where the team can hold onto the match and possibly even score at least 1/2 goal.

Right i've seen that in the recent update after Roy Keane was sacked from Ipswich i was able to approach him and i guess that means sign him in a position like Assistant or Coach.
But what would it take to sign them so they don't exactly go for another managing job?
