Playing an online game with a friend and we currently play with the settings 'Only commentary' and 'Goal Replays On' but every time we score the replay is playing in the background of the pitch screen and won't let us watch it. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I'm looking to join an online game, I am 23 years old so mature about playing Football Manager. However, I am at University so can't play every day like most people are advertising. Does anyone have an online game which they play like 2/3 nights a week?

It has been said by many that second season your tactic falls apart, I have recently experienced this in my second season as Aston Villa manager. Any way to solve this? because the tactic I created in the first season was working brilliantly.

I have had a busy schedule on my FMC but the fitness has been terrible, I have tried changing my training method but that doesn't help. Any ideas on how to improve fitness? All my players have 12+ Natural Fitness.
