Great start with England, I beat Italy 5-2 in a friendly then San Marino 10-0 and Poland away 5-2, 3 games 20 goals. Full backs and wide players seem key, Rooney has been on fire as the forward scored 8 goals in 3 games. It isn't fluid yet so I will let you know how it gets on.
Just a quick question, has Dennis's tactic got its own thread within FM Base with an outline of the tactic and its performance (as most other tactics have?). I've been using his tactic (with everton) and it is simply awesome but does have some minor things you have to do to make sure it works...
I will test this with Everton from the start of the game, I have bought Ralf in to play as defensive midfielder and Pepe as winger. For me a good season would be top 6, lets see how it gets on
Best tactic I have used so far in fm14. I was really struggling with my Swansea side to get anything going upto end of October so I just threw this tactic in and it worked great. Even the the tactic was learnt by the players until January the team did great, we got the final of the Carling Cup...
Using the 4141 v2 with Swansea and getting crushed so far. Big losses against Man U, Fulham, Maccabi twice and West Ham. Im going to try using the version 1 and see if it makes a difference, hopefully it does

Bare in mind I was using Kofloks version the game before this and I got beat off Stoke very convincingly!
Any impact of the update on the tactic do we think?
I'm pretty sure I started my Everton save that was mega succesfull before the update therefore it would maybe make sense if people are struggling with it.

I will try this with City as well and see how it goes, be interested to see if you went left or right with city. Myself im thinking right with Maicon in that position but then there is Clichy as well so toss up really.
