I am managing Kilmarnock in the SPL, but what I want is a good general tactic to get started with. Something that is strong defensively and builds from the back with possession.

I'm new on FM so could someone tell me which tactics to download to get me started? Which ones are best? There are so many that I don't know which ones to go for. Thanks
