Whenever i'm testing tactics manually and actually playing/watching the game I seem to lose much more often than when I sim the game and go on holiday/leave it to my Assistant manager... am I doing something wrong here?

Yeah, definitely agree on the Inverted Wingers, they seem to work best with this engine, the rest are pretty naff.

No disrespect however this won't be considered viable by many on here, definitely something to build on though and improve as the formation itself is very effective this year!

Haaland, Pellegri, Sekou Koita & Fabio Silva are the big boys I usually go for up front... Strikers are the worst they have been for many years now though, don't seem to score like they used to unless they're 4 - 5*
