Well, I suppose it can't be done, then.... I just want to train my formation with friendlies, and thought to let my AM do it, but apparently I'll have to supervise them all myself >.< Thanks for your response, btw :)

There are in the reserve and youth team tab, but not in the 1st team tab...

If I check the option to let my assistant manager manage my 1st team friendly games, they won't use my tactic. They use their own instead, which annoys me.... :( Is it possible to command him to use my tactic?
