You don't need a striker as Walcott upfront with Arshavin and Gervinho on the wings and he'll get you the goals needed! As for left back get Aly Cissokho and in the middle get Kevin Prince Boateng or Borja Valero! Loan out Frimpong, Chamberlain, Coquelin and Afobe.

Try getting Borja Valero from Villarreal I paid £16 mill for him and he's doing his job nicely! Give him a go, well worth it.
