Can anyone explain to me the rules around the development list, i cant seem to figure out why some players can be added but some can't? I have a bunch of 16 year olds that i cant add to it, tired all manner of different hot pros/youngster etc? Can someone point me in the right direction...

Maybe im being stupid but i remeber being able to view the rankings in game, by that i mean the european club and international rankings, i cannot seem to find either stats though and afetr a few searchs on google no threads relating to finding the stats in game? Maybe im just being stupid...

Also, in games of old, the computer used to crack your tactis, or it felt that way, no matter how good your team/tactic was they used to break it, is that still the case or can u now build a team around a formation without having to worry about the formation being wasted at the end of the season...
