Had great success with Mexico in the world cup, Completely won all the games in there. Including 2 time Brazil first in the Group stage 3-1 then the final 4-0.

So far so good in my Birmingham save, friendlies were great as I beat Hanover in one of the friendlies. Also still unbeaten in the league after 2 games. Was favoured to lose against Watford in my 2nd game was half time 0-0 and did what you said and won 2-0, so I am pleased with that it works...
People should understand this is the beta, a test game, not officially the real one. It should be fixed when the full version comes out. Even though there are bugs in my game too, I am having tons of fun with it. :D
For me 4-2-3-1 didn't work at any game, always lost. Now that I have employed a 4-4-1-1 tactic I am winning games easier. Hope other people can help you better, not really a good tactician either. :P
