Can't win with this tactic at all I'm newcastle, Ive tried the tighter marking and shadow striker for amc team talks and still losing by like 3 goals

Was doing well against the good teams won against tottenham but then got hammered of the weaker teams can anyone give me any tips please

Having a serious problem with this tactic wondering if anyone could help me out I'm winning big against the good teams just won 4-1 against tottenham play fulham and I have most of the possession but as soon as there in front of goal they seem to score got hammered of them 3-0 any tips please :)

Trying to use this tactic, I've put it into Sports Interactive tactics folder but it isn't showing up on my game any help?
