I'm interested in joining. I am sick and tired of my club members at the moment so I'm looking for another team. If you lot still play, I can play anywhere in the middle zones of the pitch, but my best position is as a defensive midfielder
I'll always get bored after 5 seasons. As a whole I like the idea of regens but personally I don't like it when teams begin to flood with them, so I end up stopping round them, besides I never get to finish more than 5 seasons because I'm always playing other games and i've got work/exams. Right...
As I support them I decided to manage Villa and this time I have become more successful than I am with them. I play a counter attacking 442, always passing through the flanks and early crosses for the fast forwards to easily reach. After January i'm currently 5th, hope I stay somewhere there :)
Are there enough players making forward runs? If there is, are you allowing your players to play a deadly ball into them? The problem with perfecting a possessive tactic is that you have to allow those certain key passes in order for it to work.

If this isn't the case then i suggest selecting...
Make him love you, although I doubt he'll easily be unsettled, but still having yourself in their good books will make things easier.
Make a relationship with the manager and make sure it is good. The least they like you, the more they'll try and make a fool out of you.
My forwards are Cavani, Lavezzi, Kadlec, Fierro. Does Juanmi SERIOUSLY think he will get backed for wanting first-team football, ahead of these guys?
I think not.
Firstly, keep Cuellar because he is Villa's best defender, excluding Clark.
Anyway best time to do it is when they're on form and morale is high, that way they'll bother less about the demands and more focused on staying at the club. If you look on the personal screen of a player, it should...
If your home, you'll want to aim to keep the ball so i'd say keep what you currently use and give that a shot.
When away, Barcelona are really hard but I managed to overcome it by giving them less time on the ball and then giving myself more time on the ball by pressing more and retaining...
