Hi I have not really played any other FM games since 2009 as I could not get into them as much as that version. I do not understand the training and it is effecting my teams morale. It used to just be sliders FOR GOODNESS SAKE! Can someone please help me understand how to keep my players happy...

Tactic worked for me especially the def once I tweaked it to retain possession more. I am Luton Town BTW. It did take a good 10 games to get settled into the tactic though
