They can't play any games, even friendly or reserve games, until 1/9/13. can you remove the rangers transfer embargo?

"All teams in division must be assigned to the parent division or its child division" *not both... I'm trying to edit the rules in Scotland to have a Premiership of 20 teams and a Championship of 24 teams but I am getting the above message. Can anyone help me?

Sorry, that was a typo. I figured out the problem, it was the promotion playoffs from the 2nd tier, the final fell on 1.6.13 so i just removed it to make it simple.

Hey, I've never really used the Data Editor but i'm trying to change the Scottish system. I want a top tier of 20 teams and a 2nd tier of 24 teams as well as a super cup, basically so it is like the top 2 english divisions. Everything seemed to be working OK but while testing the nation rules...
