I don't know if it's since the update but for some reason every team I have tried to play with have no transder budget, PSG, Man City, Man United, Chelsea, a number of Championship team who used to have money now have no money to spend, is this just me? If not then why have they done this?

Save game failed. The Game Could Not Be Saved This is the message I KEEP getting every time I try and save my game and I have no idea why. I have even tried deleting the game and re-installing it. And still I keep getting this message, every time I set up and try to save a new game Please help...
