I'd look at (to bring out from the reserves) Jack Robinson, Suso, sterling and flanagan. I'd buy Kovacic, Carlos Fierro and think about a big money spend on Hazard (on my save who won the best player in the world award for a year, ahead of messi/ronaldo).

I understand what you're saying but it's more directed to the people who seem to want Kenny out, personally i think that would make things worse. New manager would normally ignite a new philosophy of play, new players and a new policy for the club, that would just completely **** up the squad...

I don't understand why people manage Barcelona from the start, seems pointless to me. Wouldn't it be more enjoyable developing a club in a poorer state and then it would feel like you've actually accomplished something on the game?

yeah, similar to me mnk26, i'm basically buying regens, on my save Borussia Dortmund have like the 8th highest reputation in the world (took me a while though) so players do want to join, just don't have much money.

They are pretty mediocre, not amazing but not bad, keep in mind the contrasting teams (Bayern Munich and Shalke to Hertha BSC Berlin and Augsburg) and i understand what you guys are saying but it's just the luxury of having funds available, just seems odd.
