It works if you add the club in the contract section of the persons profile, not the other way around. Thanks for the tip

I originally added them from the club page and then added them inside the nonplayer contract aswell. I will do.a test later by only changing the contract of a new manager If anyone has other ideas I will try them at the same time

yeah the avoiding of overly passing football is something i do in the lower leagues, however the more direct style hasnt worked and currently doing well using a fluid passing 4 3 2 1 wide formation. Glad to hear to board saw sense.

what formations and mentality and team shape etc. are you using? Also you havent won on tv so you may have an issue with your squad personality/mentality and their ability to play in 'bigger matches' - it may just be a coincidence as i wouldnt have expected to take much from those games anyway...
