@Sherkey tried changing the squad status but nothing changes. I clicked continue for a couple of days, and my scout then recommended the player I was trying to sign, and I was now allowed to offer him a contract..

@jonnyctranter did you ever solve this? I'm having the same issue..

It works on fine my Man United save..

When I click it, it just shows the Finance's screen.
