Hello there fellow Mac user, it's quite easy. Expand the tactic by double click and then move the tactic file(s) to your user home folder, namely /user/documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/Tactics Then the tactic should be "visible in game". Hope it helps, Semris

I tried this strategy and it gave me worst results in my FM career yet. I resigned after being 7th in my league (normally I always finish TOP 3 and play some cup). I don't think it's a problem of the strategy itself, I just think it doesn't work so well with if you do not have perfect players...
