Don't think so, There is an Administration box but no date box

Its just tweaking rules that are already in place

I had this once and it was my fault as I hadn't closed negations properly and was still pending my first offer, See if that is the problem.

Been using this tactic in the lower leagues of Scotland and I love it, Got me promotion 1st season and currently sitting in 5th place 2nd season where my expectations where relegation. :)
