Have begun my season with Wrexham and I've already faced a problem, It seems like I can't change the captain or vice captain for some weird reason and I think it's affecting the team morale because they have some ****** morale right now, anyone who knows my or if it's me that is doing something...

Will I do it before i begin a new game or will I do it while I'm in the transfer window with my club... sorry for being so noobish at this game :/

Just another question, will I be able to transfer guys from other leagues that I've not chosen to manage

Got FM 12 earlier today. Let's say I pick the leagues from England and Italy to use in a new game, will no other teams from countries be able to qualify for Europa League and etc? And would I be able to find players on the transfers from other leagues than the leagues I've selected in my game...
