How do I change it to .fmf format?

Mate I'm having trouble loading the tactic, I'll download it on MediaFire, move it to my tactics folder with other downloaded tactics but when I attempt to load it, it does not work? Any ideas? I'm too lazy to manually do it all ahahaha
