can i change the properties on a short-cut for the game or does it have to be the game itself. and there is no heading with the name "target" when iv just tried it then.

It says, that it is already running but it dosnt come up.

Im looking for some advice or help with trying to get my "steam" downloaded football manager 2010 to work on my netbook zoostrom. im pritty computer illiterate but any links which could help me on the way to get the game started would really help.
