Hello people. Ive had the game for a few months but i cant figure out how to download tactics off of here?? do i need to download the file tube software thing as well? when i download and try and open it there isnt anything there!! help appriciated

The last time I played it was 2000/01 and was nice and easy.
Basically can someone please tell me how I can download tactics and training off this site to get me going so I can see how you pros are doing it...
