I started a career with my favourite english team, Chelsea. I developed 2 tactics, 1 employing a possesion style and the other a direct style, but the results aren't so great (1-1 with Crystal Palace, 3-3 home to Southampton etc). I'm trying to find out where I am going wrong but I can't figure...

I was wondering how do people play against the big teams, because I can't do well, even if I play also with a big team. Even if I play possesion or direct style, change roles, nothing works against the big guys. Also tried counter, control tactics but can't figure it out.

Hello. I am having some "problems" with the 2012 Editor. In FM 2012, Stephan El Shaarawy is at the U19 Squad of AC Milan. Is it possible to move him to Senior squad via Database Editor ?? Thanks in advance.
