Put V2 file in editor data folder, start new save, select Irish first league only with small database and later on pick all 5 national teams to manage.

You have to manage all three teams to get comparable results, otherwise you are playing two teams with weaker tactics. Also, you didn't delete files so Germany is weaker than they should be. Anyway, my best results so far has been 298 points in 119 games with top team.
