How do i get kits and badges into my game and when i get them do i need to start a new game for the kits and badges to be applied !?

why does a message pop up saying it couldnt save my game ? help would be nice :)

Every time i try to save my game a message pops up and says it couldnt save and i am really frustrated and any help would be greatly appreciated !! :D
