Can anyone tell me where to find the game plan/match plan wizard. Is it obvious and am I being really stupid. I cant find it anywhere

I have managed to get a wonderkid into my wolves team but am stumped as to how to help him progress. He's a striker and 17 years old. Any helpful comments please
