tbh, some people like Knap is putting out 10 tactics a week, just wait until you make something special then put out that one...

When I loan players I get other managers talking to me about how much match experience they get. Is there a way to do the same for my own players that are on loan? contact the manager and ask him to use my player more?

okay, your first tactic still works really good for me, so I guess I'll keep using that for now unless there is something else you think might be wrong. I'm playing a team maybe around 8-10th in Serie A in terms of players but still got 2nd last season. but I just can't get this new tactic to work.
