I am using 442 v3 tactic with Leeds but most of my games I only get like 30-40% possession. Sometimes less. How can I fix that?

my game just updated to 26.0.6. is this the update you are talking about? and the tactics may not be as effective now?

which match engine do the current tactics work on. i have tried them all and none of them seem effective

Do you train the players in their specific In Possesion/Out of Possesion roles?

and train players in their correct positions that you have them playing in your tactic

to be fair, i only start using the conte tactic for away games after the 2nd season. i dominated with the target man tactic only for all games

Use the conte tactic on the first post on the first page. no OL. i use Knap's MC40 set pieces which is on the first page as well i believe

I played a few seasons with Falkirk using the Target Man tactic and the Conte (for away games) and got back to back promotions to the premiership and came runner up first season in premiership. just need the right players

what season are you in? my tactics (target man) kick *** for like 3 sometimes 4 seasons then it dies. do you use both tactics simultaneously? and which tactic do you use when?

What set pieces do you use? And do you train players specifically in their roles?

4 years in to using the tactic and have been doing well but now I am losing games I would have won in previous years. I have players in correct roles and good players. Any ideas why? does FM get trained to the tactic an make it harder for me?
