I chose Continental Qualification as my budget option, but even if i chose title challenge, it would still have been £5m! Plus (and i've only just worked this out) if you sell players, you only get a certain percentage of that fee to spend on replacements! I think its a bit unrealistic...

I have just had the same sort of thing. Finished 4th in my first season with Spurs and the following season they gave me £5m budget - i was expecting at least £20m. Not sure if it goes up if you get passed the champions league qualifying round though.

Thanks mate. I've just finished my first season with Spurs, finished 4th. Was expecting a transfer budget of at least £15 - £20m, but only got £5m!! Anyone else had the same issue? Is really annoying as you cant strengthen the squad without selling some players for big money.
